Background and Objectives: Medulloblastoma are a highly malignant tumor of the central nervous system, very frequent in childhood, but remains rare adulthood. This study aims to analyze frequency, clinical therapeutic aspects adults medulloblastomas. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data from record adult’s patients treated for medulloblastoma between January 2000 December 2015 Radiation oncology department Ibn Rochd University Hospital Center. Results: The average age was 27,96 years (Range: 20-53 years). sex ratio M/F 4 with clear male predominance. most common symptom intracranial hypertension, which present 22 patients, followed by headaches cerebellar syndrome were 9 patients. mostly located hemispheres an size 5,75 cm. One patient had pulmonary metastasis at time diagnosis. Twenty-four surgical resection. Complete resection performed 13 Thus, twenty-one have received craniospinal irradiation dose 36 Gy boost posterior fossa total 54-56 Gy. Twelve Chemotherapy. Six still alive. Survival rates 50% 3 years, 35% 5 30% 10 years. Conclusion: is devastating disease bad prognosis. presentation variable management multidisciplinary. Radiotherapy treatment or without Chemotherapy play important role control recurrences avoidance. Our illustrates importance radiation.
